WEST CHESTER, PA — The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department announced that 33-year-old Diamond Richards of Philadelphia turned herself in on July 18, 2023, following an investigation.
Richards is charged with Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
The criminal complaint alleges that 33-year-old Diamond Richards of Philadelphia is the perpetrator of a shoplifting incented that occurred July 7, 2023, at the CVS Pharmacy, located at 1200 Wilmington Pk, Thornbury Township, Chester County, PA.
Richards was released on unsecured bail and her Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-2-03.
