North Coventry Police Issue Felony Arrest Warrant for Pottstown Man on Fraud Charges

POTTSTOWN, PA — The North Coventry Township Police Department (NCPD) has issued a felony arrest warrant for 33-year-old Zachary Shaw, currently believed to be homeless and residing in the Pottstown area.

According to the NCPD, they were alerted to an incident involving alleged bank account fraud by a local resident on August 30, 2023. The investigation revealed that Shaw is accused of fraudulently using the resident’s bank account and taking money that did not belong to him.

Shaw is described as a white male, 5’9″ tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He is officially charged with one count of Access Device Fraud and one count of Theft by Deception.

The warrant for Shaw’s arrest was issued on November 22, 2023, under the authority of District Court 15-3-01. The NCPD holds the warrant and urges Shaw to turn himself in to face these allegations.
