PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Borough Police Department has reported the arrest of 26-year-old Kyle John Laird. The arrest took place on December 18, 2023, in the 700 block of Main Street.
Laird was apprehended on an active criminal warrant. The specifics of this warrant remain undisclosed at this time. However, it’s been reported that during his arrest, Laird actively resisted the arresting officers and failed to comply with their instructions.
Following his arrest, Laird was transported to Chester County Prison. Arrangements for a preliminary hearing at the Parkesburg District Court are currently pending.
An arrest or a criminal complaint does not constitute guilt. Every suspect, including Mr. Laird, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
