Late-Night Disturbance in West Chester: Indecent Exposure Report Sparks Police Search

WEST CHESTER, PA — Police in West Chester are investigating an incident of indecent exposure that occurred early Sunday morning in the borough’s downtown area.

According to the West Chester Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East Barnard Street on September 7, 2025, at approximately 1:25 a.m., after two women reported that a man had exposed himself to them.

Officers arrived on scene, obtained a description of the suspect, and conducted a thorough search of the surrounding area. Despite their efforts, the man was not located.
