KENNETT SQUARE, PA — In the early hours of October 30, 2023, a domestic incident in Kennett Square Borough led to the arrest of a man accused of burglary and violating a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order.

According to the criminal complaint, the Kennett Square Police Department responded to a call at 12:20 AM from a resident in the 200 block of S. Walnut Street. The caller reported that Porfirio Castillo-Gomez, against whom they held an emergency PFA, had entered their home without permission.
