WEST CHESTER, PA — A 57-year-old resident of Downingtown, Pennsylvania has been arrested on assault charges in West Chester.
Theresa Vacca has been charged with Simple SAssult, Public Drunkenness, and Criminal Mischief.
The criminal complaint alleges that on August 06, 2023, at approximately 6:00 PM, West Chester Police responded to a residence in the 400 block of West Rosedale Ave. for a report of a disturbance. After an investigation, 57-year-old Theresa Vacca from Downingtown was taken into custody for Simple Assault, Public Drunkenness, and Criminal Mischief.
A Preliminary Hearing is pending at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-1-01.
