EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for 42-year-old Victor Dipietro.
On October 6, 2023, Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-3 granted the warrant on charges of Retail Theft and related offenses.
