KENNETT SQUARE, PA — An arrest warrant has been issued by District Court 15-3-04 for 36-year-old Juan Castro-Fernandez, associated with an incident of alleged property damage and ongoing harassment, according to the Kennett Square Police Department.

The alleged incident unfolded on October 26, 2023, just before 6 p.m., at a residence on the 400 block of Juniper Street. Officers were called to the scene following a report of damage to a living room window. The reporting party suggested that some object had been used to inflict the damage, though they did not believe the perpetrator had gained entry to the home.

The resident identified Castro-Fernandez as the alleged culprit, citing a history of harassment issues with him. These allegations are substantiated by three prior cases (KS-23-003058, KS-23-009250, and KS-23-010268), further fueling the suspicion towards Castro-Fernandez.

On December 3, 2023, following a thorough investigation and multiple follow-up interviews, a Criminal Complaint was filed against Castro-Fernandez in relation to this incident. An arrest warrant was later issued on December 21, 2023.

It is important to note that all suspects, including Castro-Fernandez, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
