Arrest Warrant Issued for Man Accused of Theft in Thornbury Township

WEST CHESTER, PA — Police are seeking public assistance in locating a man accused of theft from a CVS Pharmacy in Thornbury Township, Chester County. Mark Andrew Krieger, 33, of Bear, Delaware, is facing charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property following an incident on December 28, 2023.

Krieger, described as a white male standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds with brown hair and eyes, was identified as the suspect in a theft that occurred at the pharmacy located at 1200 Wilmington Pk. An arrest warrant was issued for Krieger on December 29, 2023, by the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department.

In addition to the charges stemming from the Thornbury Township incident, Krieger has also been charged with similar offenses in Delaware County by the Pennsylvania State Police.
