EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has announced that a criminal arrest warrant has been issued for 36-year-old William Baker.

On July 1, 2023, Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-3 granted a warrant related to an alleged theft that took place on June 30, 2023, at the Hobby Lobby store in Exton, PA. The accused, William Baker, is being charged with Retail Theft.
