EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department announced that an arrest warrant has been issued for 23-year-old Esmeralda Montoya.
Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-4-3 granted the warrant on September 14, 2023, in connection with Felony Retail Theft charges.
