WEST CHESTER, PA — A local man has been arrested following a drug investigation, announced the West Chester Police Department.
Juan Rivera, 19 years of age, has been charged with three counts of Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and additional related offenses.
The criminal complaint alleges that on September 9, 2023, at approximately 2:25 AM, West Chester police conducted an investigation on the 600 block of S High St. As a result of that investigation, officers came into contact with 19-year-old Juan Rivera, of West Chester, PA. Rivera was found to be in possession of a large amount of multiple types of illegal drugs and taken into custody without incident.
A preliminary hearing is pending at Chester County Magisterial District Court 15-1-04.
