Investigators said Martinez allegedly displayed signs consistent with being under the influence of a stimulant, including dilated pupils and fidgety behavior. Police further reported that she provided a false name and date of birth, which were later determined to be incorrect.

Police stated that Martinez later provided her correct identity in writing. During a search incident to arrest, officers reported locating suspected contraband in her wallet, including two plastic baggies containing white substances and a rolled-up $10 bill.
