WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington police are investigating a shooting Wednesday night that left an 18-year-old man injured.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, officers responded around 8:54 p.m. to the area of West 28th and North West streets for reports of a shooting.
Police said responding officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.
Authorities reported the victim was transported to a hospital and was listed in stable condition.
Investigators have not released information regarding a suspect or what led to the shooting.
