WEST CHESTER, PA — A 41-year-old West Chester woman has been charged following an alleged assault in West Chester Borough earlier this month. The incident occurred on May 3, 2025, at approximately 6:45 p.m. when police responded to a reported assault at 641 East Union Street.
Following an investigation, authorities charged Davina Fowlkes with simple assault and harassment. A preliminary hearing is pending in District Court 15-1-04.
All charges are allegations, and Fowlkes is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Further information regarding the case has not yet been disclosed by authorities.
