Wanted: Police Seek Woman in Retail Theft Conspiracy Case

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township police are asking for the public’s help locating a woman wanted on an arrest warrant in connection with a shoplifting investigation.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, an arrest warrant was issued July 17 for 29-year-old Soraya Paguay-Villas.

Police reported that Paguay-Villas is charged with one count each of retail theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit retail theft and criminal conspiracy to receive stolen property, stemming from a shoplifting investigation.

According to police, Paguay-Villas is described as a Hispanic female, 4 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 146 pounds, with brown hair and black eyes.

The warrant was issued under docket number CR-55-2026.
