PARKESBURG, PA — A Chester County man is facing theft charges following an investigation connected to the Parkesburg Train Station, police said.
According to the Parkesburg Borough Police Department, charges were filed against David Leslie Smith, 24, in connection with an investigation that began June 18 involving the Parkesburg Train Station.
Police said Smith has been charged with theft and related offenses. Authorities did not release additional details regarding the allegations or specify what property was allegedly stolen.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled to be held before District Court 15-3-07.
Additional information about the investigation was not immediately available.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
