WILMINGTON, DE — A Wilmington man is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material following an investigation by New Castle County police, according to investigators.
Police reported that in February 2026, detectives with the Criminal Investigations Unit received information that 19-year-old Logan Albright allegedly had child sexual abuse material on his cell phone.
According to investigators, detectives opened an investigation and later obtained a search warrant for the device. During the search, police said they allegedly located 25 images and videos depicting child sexual abuse material, some dating back to 2023.
Authorities reported that Albright allegedly used online communication applications to access servers containing the material.
On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, Albright, who was already in custody at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution, was arraigned on 25 felony counts of dealing in child pornography, police said.
According to authorities, Albright remained in custody after failing to post $500,000.00 cash bail.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
