Shoplifting Suspect Sought on Active Chester County Warrant

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township police are seeking a man wanted on an active bench warrant related to theft-related charges in Chester County.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, a bench warrant was issued on May 29 for 25-year-old Miguel A. Hernandez-Abasolo.

Police said Hernandez-Abasolo is wanted in connection with one count of retail theft and one count of receiving stolen property. Authorities identified the underlying incident as a shoplifting case.

According to court records provided by police, the warrant was issued under docket number CR-88-2026 by District Court 15-4-03.

Police described Hernandez-Abasolo as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
