Repeated Target Thefts Lead to Charges Against Teen

WYOMISSING, PA — An 18-year-old woman is facing theft-related charges after police investigated a series of alleged retail thefts at a Target store, according to Spring Township police.

Police said officers responded June 9 to the Target store on Paper Mill Road after receiving a report of retail thefts that allegedly occurred over multiple dates.

According to investigators, the reported thefts resulted in a total loss of $595.96 to the retailer. Following an investigation, police charged Bricia Cobos, 18, with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Police said Cobos was arrested June 9.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
