PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are seeking a suspect accused of stealing packages from a residence in South Philadelphia, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Authorities reported that the incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. April 13 in the 100 block of Carpenter Street.
According to investigators, an unidentified individual was captured on surveillance video walking through the area before returning moments later.
Police stated that the suspect allegedly took several packages from the victim’s steps and fled in an unknown direction.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the South Detective Division at 215-686-3013 or 215-686-3014 and reference DC 26-03-015220.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
