TRAINER, PA — Law enforcement authorities are continuing their search for a 28-year-old man wanted in connection with a high-speed vehicle pursuit that occurred in Trainer Borough nearly a year ago.
According to the Trainer Borough Police Department, the incident took place on August 31, 2024, when officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop in the 4300 block of West 9th Street. The driver, later identified as Jordan Dale Smith, allegedly fled the scene, leading police on a chase.
In the aftermath of the incident, a felony arrest warrant was issued for Smith by Magisterial District Court 32-1-22 under docket number MJ-32122-CR-0000238-2024. As of today, the warrant remains active and Smith has not been taken into custody.
Smith is described as a Black male, standing approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities continue to urge the public to contact 911 or submit a tip online if they have information on his whereabouts.
It is important to note that a suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
