WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three individuals wanted in connection with a shooting that left a 21-year-old man injured last month.
According to police, the incident occurred around 5:33 p.m. on October 14, 2025, in the unit block of West 31st Street. Officers from the Uniformed Services Division responded to reports of gunfire and found a 21-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Detective John O’Connor of the Wilmington Police Criminal Investigations Division is leading the case. During the investigation, O’Connor obtained surveillance images of three suspects believed to be involved in the incident. Police have released the images to the public in hopes of identifying those individuals.

No arrests have been made at this time. Police remind the public that all individuals connected to the case are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
