WEST CHESTER, PA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect accused of stealing wire connected to an Amtrak-related investigation in West Whiteland Township.
According to the West Whiteland Police Department, investigators are seeking to identify a person suspected in a wire theft reported on the 100 block of Spackman Lane in West Chester.
Police released an image of the individual and asked anyone who recognizes the suspect to submit a tip through the department’s CrimeWatch page or contact Detective Sgt. McCloskey at jmccloskey@westwhiteland.org.
No additional details about the alleged theft, including when it occurred or the value of the wire involved, were immediately released.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
