Police Seek Man Wanted on Theft-Related Warrant

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on an active bench warrant stemming from theft-related charges.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, a bench warrant was issued May 15 for 33-year-old Jaquan Amier Mason.

Police said Mason is wanted in connection with one count of retail theft and one count of receiving stolen property. Authorities identified the underlying incident as a shoplifting investigation.

According to information released by police, the warrant was issued under docket number CR-98-2026 by District Court 15-4-03.

Police described Mason as a Black male, 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
