EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township Police are asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted on felony retail theft and related charges.
According to police, an arrest warrant was issued June 9 for 37-year-old Andre Charles Rogers Jr. in connection with a shoplifting investigation.
Authorities reported that Rogers is charged with felony retail theft and related offenses. Police did not release additional details regarding the underlying allegations.
The active arrest warrant was issued by District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-132-2026, according to police.
Rogers is described as a Black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
