ASTON, PA — Upper Chichester Township police are asking for the public’s help locating a 44-year-old man wanted in connection with an alleged sexual assault.
Police identified the wanted man as Bryan Finklea, 44. According to police, a criminal warrant was issued Sept. 19 through Linwood District Court under docket number MJ-32136-CR415-2026.
Police said Finklea is wanted on charges of rape, sexual assault, rape of an unconscious or unaware victim, indecent assault, and related offenses.
The incident is listed as having occurred on Springton Circle in Aston. Police did not identify the victim.
Finklea is described by police as a Black man with black hair and brown eyes.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
