POTTSTOWN, PA — North Coventry Township police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a felony arrest warrant for an alleged violation of Pennsylvania’s sex offender registration law.
According to the North Coventry Township Police Department, Elijah Ishmael Tiller, 31, is wanted on a felony arrest warrant for allegedly failing to comply with Pennsylvania’s sex offender registration requirements under Megan’s Law. Police said the warrant was issued June 18.
Investigators reported that Tiller was last known to be staying at the Highland Manor Apartment Complex in North Coventry Township.
Police described Tiller as a Black male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 147 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Tiller’s whereabouts is asked to contact the North Coventry Township Police Department at 610-323-8360, submit a tip to the department, or email Detective Machese at vmachese@norcopd.org. Police advise members of the public not to attempt to apprehend Tiller and instead report any information directly to law enforcement.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
