PARKESBURG, PA — Police in Parkesburg have filed criminal charges against a local woman following an incident earlier this month.
Jessica Amber Tolton, 35, has been charged with Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, and other related offenses stemming from an alleged altercation that took place on January 2, 2025, in the 200 block of Main Street.
Authorities confirmed that Tolton was arrested on January 8, and a preliminary hearing will be scheduled at District Court 15-3-07 to address the matter.
Officials emphasize that all charges are allegations, and Tolton is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
