Parkesburg Man Charged After Retail Theft Investigation

PARKESBURG, PA — Parkesburg Borough Police have filed retail theft charges against a local man following an investigation that began last month.

According to police, criminal charges were filed against 38-year-old Charles Robert Salzman in connection with a retail theft investigation initiated in April 2026.

Police reported Salzman was charged Tuesday, May 19, with retail theft and related offenses.

Authorities said a preliminary hearing will be scheduled before District Court 15-3-07.
