Man Wounded in Concord Avenue Shooting

WILMINGTON, DE — Police are investigating a shooting that left a 23-year-old man injured Sunday evening in the city.

According to Wilmington Police, officers responded at approximately 6:35 p.m. March 1 to the 600 block of Concord Avenue for a report of a shooting.

Police stated that a 23-year-old male was located with a gunshot wound and transported to a hospital in stable condition.

No arrests have been announced. Authorities said the incident remains under investigation and additional details will be released when available.
