UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — A 20-year-old man surrendered to authorities this week after police had sought the public’s assistance in locating him on firearms-related charges, according to the Upper Chichester Township Police Department.
Police stated Khysir Caleb Slaughter turned himself in February 25, 2026, at the Upper Chichester Township Police Department.
According to the department, a criminal warrant had been issued for Slaughter on February 16, 2026. Authorities had previously requested the public’s help in locating him in connection with the warrant.
Police reported Slaughter is charged with firearms not to be carried without a license and criminal conspiracy.
Additional details about the underlying investigation were not immediately released.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
