Identity Theft Allegations Lead to Active Arrest Warrant

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township police are seeking a woman wanted on multiple fraud-related charges stemming from an active arrest warrant.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, an arrest warrant was issued on June 4 for 60-year-old Renee Payton Womack.

Police said Womack is wanted on charges including forgery, identity theft, theft by deception, bad checks, theft by unlawful taking, and access device fraud involving the alleged possession of a counterfeit device.

According to court records, the warrant was issued by District Court 15-4-03 under docket number CR-129-2026.
