POTTSTOWN, PA — The North Coventry Township Police Department has issued a felony arrest warrant for Crystal Hickman, a 42-year-old resident of Pottstown, in connection to alleged theft-related offenses.
Hickman is accused of three counts of theft by deception, along with 21 other related charges. The warrant for her arrest was authorized on March 19, 2025, by District Court 15-3-01 under docket number MJ-15301-CR-0000062-2025.
Authorities have released a physical description of Hickman, who is described as a white female standing 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
The North Coventry Township Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Hickman. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact MPO Machese at (610) 323-8360 or via email at vmachese@norcopd.org. Tips can also be submitted anonymously online.
Authorities remind the public that Hickman is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
