LANDENBERG, PA — Southern Chester County Regional Police are searching for a man wanted on multiple charges involving alleged offenses against a minor in New Garden Township.
According to police, an active arrest warrant has been issued for 52-year-old Elias Zavala-Torres in connection with incidents investigated in New Garden Township.
Investigators reported Zavala-Torres is charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, endangering the welfare of children, obscene and other sexual materials and performances, and related offenses.
Police described Zavala-Torres as a Hispanic male standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The arrest warrant was issued May 13, according to investigators.
