BIRDSBORO, PA — A 27-year-old woman has been charged following an investigation into alleged fraudulent debit card transactions involving a caregiver, according to police.
Robeson Township police reported that officers responded on April 2 to a report of suspicious financial activity at a residence in the Spring Grove Court area.
According to investigators, a review of bank records led authorities to identify Lyanmarie Colon Rodriguez, 27, as a suspect in the case.
Authorities said Colon Rodriguez was charged with access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.
Police reported that she was taken into custody on April 19. Additional details regarding arraignment or bail were not immediately available.
The investigation remains ongoing, according to police.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
