Bench Warrant Issued for Exton Man on DUI, Theft Charges

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland police are seeking the public’s help locating a 59-year-old man wanted on a bench warrant involving DUI and retail theft charges.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, a bench warrant was issued July 31 for Robert Thomas Fedosh Jr. through Chester County District Court 15-4-03.

Police said Fedosh is charged with DUI-general impairment or being incapable of driving safely, as well as retail theft. The warrant is associated with docket number CR-108-2026.

The department describes Fedosh as a white male standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 205 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Fedosh’s whereabouts is asked to contact the West Whiteland Police Department at 610-363-0200.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
