COATESVILLE, PA — A Coatesville man has been charged following an altercation that led to a fatal fall from a second-story balcony Saturday night, according to city police and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
Police reported officers were dispatched around 9:51 p.m. April 18 to an apartment building in the 700 block of East Lincoln Highway for a report of a person down.
According to investigators, officers arrived to find a man, identified as Moises Galarza-Bermudez, lying on the sidewalk with severe head injuries and no pulse. Police said he was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities identified the defendant as Neftali Feliciano-Perez, 53, of Coatesville. According to the criminal complaint, the two men were allegedly involved in an argument on a second-story balcony of the residence prior to the fall.

Police reported he was arraigned by District Judge John Hipple and committed to Chester County Prison after failing to post $750,000 bail.
