EXTON, PA — Chester County United Way is proud to announce that it has received a generous $60,000 grant from the Foxwynd Foundation, distributed through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF). This funding will enhance the organization’s financial security programs, which support hardworking individuals and families in Chester County.

The grant will enable Chester County United Way to expand services for the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) population – individuals who earn too much to qualify for public benefits, but not enough to afford necessities. “We are incredibly grateful to the Foxwynd Foundation for this generous investment in the financial stability of Chester County residents,” said Christopher Saello, President & CEO of Chester County United Way. “This funding will allow us to provide ALICE households tools they need to achieve long-term economic independence.”
