GAP, PA — Zook Cabins ranked No. 2,991 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, marking the Pennsylvania modular-home builder’s fifth appearance on the national list as the family-owned company expands its product lineup and customer reach.
The annual Inc. 5000 ranks privately held U.S. companies by three-year percentage revenue growth. Zook Cabins also appeared on the 2025, 2024, 2022 and 2021 lists, as well as the 2026 Inc. Regionals ranking.
Founded in 2006, Zook began as a small hunting-cabin builder and has since expanded into a broader modular-home business serving customers across the United States. Its current product lines include modern cabins, saunas, park model tiny homes, accessory dwelling units and other structures.
The company’s recent growth has supported additional product development, including hot tubs and new Skye and Winslow park models, while also increasing production and customer outreach.
Dan Salinger, a marketing representative and luxury home specialist at Zook Cabins, indicated that the company plans to continue expanding its home-design offerings while keeping customer experience central to its growth strategy.
“As we look ahead, we’re excited to introduce even more home designs” while “doing what’s best for our team and, above all, for every customer,” Salinger said.
