BENSALEM TWP, PA — Overnight drivers in Bucks County should prepare for detours and possible delays beginning Monday as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission starts bridge repair work near the Interstate 276 overpass.

Northbound Old Lincoln Highway will be closed during overnight hours approaching the Pennsylvania Turnpike overpass in Bensalem Township while crews complete bridge repairs.
During the closure, westbound Route 132 (Street Road) drivers will be directed to use Richlieu Road and Rockhill Drive. Motorists traveling northbound on Old Lincoln Highway will be detoured using Route 132 (Street Road), Rockhill Drive, and U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway).
Drivers should expect backups and slower overnight travel near the work zone and along detour routes. Plan extra time and seek alternate routes where possible during active construction hours.
