WILMINGTON, DE — Donald Lyons and Angela S. Wagner have been appointed as Senior Vice Presidents, Wealth Directors at WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: WSFS), the parent company of Bryn Mawr Trust. The announcement came from the company’s headquarters in Wilmington, DE, marking an important step in the firm’s growth strategy.

In their new roles, Lyons and Wagner will helm the Berwyn team of cross-functional advisors, which includes investment and wealth trust advisors. Their responsibilities will include enhancing client experiences, driving business results, increasing community visibility, and fostering brand development in the market.

Before his promotion, he served as Vice President, Senior Wealth Strategist at Bryn Mawr Trust, where he offered financial planning solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. His previous roles include positions at PNC Private Bank, TIAA, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity Investments, J.P. Morgan, and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Lyons holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Temple University and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University Great Valley.

Wagner comes to the role with a solid background in comprehensive financial planning for high and ultra-high net worth clients. Prior to joining Bryn Mawr Trust, she was Senior Vice President, Wealth Planning Strategist at Truist, where she worked closely with wealth advisors to provide holistic advice and strategy. Wagner’s past roles also include Vice President at Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC, and owner of Wagner Law Offices. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® and holds a bachelor’s degree in history, political science, and pre-law from Drexel University and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
