Business News

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Wind River Holdings LP has launched a real estate investment platform called Wind River Real Estate Partners and appointed Mark Lansman as managing partner to lead the effort, the firm announced.

The new platform will focus on balance sheet and joint-venture equity investments in ground-up multifamily and mixed-use development projects, working with developers and operating partners.

Lansman will oversee the firm’s real estate investment strategy as part of Wind River Holdings’ broader investment activities, according to the company.

Wind River Real Estate Partners will primarily target projects along the U.S. East Coast, while evaluating opportunities in other regions on a selective basis.

Lansman will lead the sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of new investments for the platform.

“WRH’s long-term capital commitment allows us to be a strategic, thoughtful, and relationship-driven partner as we execute our business plan across high barrier to entry target markets within our geographic footprint,” Lansman said.

Wind River Holdings said the platform will be supported by a long-term capital commitment from the firm and will operate alongside the company’s other investment activities.
