Wilmington Police Investigate Shooting of Teenager

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police are currently investigating a shooting incident that took place on the 600 block of West 6th Street at approximately 9:18 p.m.

Upon arrival at the scene, police found a 17-year-old male with gunshot wounds. The victim was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital where he is reported to be in stable condition.

As of now, the details surrounding the incident remain unclear. The investigation is ongoing, and the police have assured that more information will be made available as soon as it becomes possible.
