LOWER MERION TWP, PA — Aqua Pennsylvania is set to commence water main construction on Rock Hill Road in Lower Merion Township, as announced by PennDOT. The work will result in weekday road closures from Monday, September 9, through Monday, September 30, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The section affected lies between Route 23 (Conshohocken State Road) and Belmont Avenue.

Motorists will be redirected to use Route 23, U.S. 1 (City Avenue), and Belmont Avenue as detours. Local access will remain available up to the construction zone. Travelers are advised to plan for additional travel time due to anticipated delays. The construction is contingent upon weather conditions and will proceed under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
