Wealth Management Market have been honored on the 2024 Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State List. Julie Fox, Philadelphia D.C. From Washington, D.C., Nick Francia of The Capital ESOP Group focuses on tax-efficient exit strategies. He joined UBS in 2011 and holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation. His colleague, Kayvon Sarmadi of Orchard Gate Partners, advises on complex business transactions and alternative investments, having been with UBS since 2010.

The Forbes/SHOOK Top Next-Gen Advisors Best-in-State list includes 1,621 professionals managing $2.8 trillion in assets. Candidates were born in 1985 or later and possess at least four years of advisory experience. The selection process involves qualitative and quantitative criteria, including interviews, compliance records, and revenue metrics.
