NORTH WALES, PA — Toppoint Holdings Inc. (NYSE American: TOPP) postponed its 2026 annual stockholders meeting to Sept. 8, giving investors additional time to review proxy materials and vote on proposals that remain unchanged.
The virtual meeting, originally scheduled for Aug. 24, will begin at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. Toppoint, a truckload-services provider focused on the recycling export supply chain, attributed the delay to the timing of stockholders’ receipt and review of proxy materials.
The record date remains Aug. 7, meaning investors who held shares as of the close of business that day retain eligibility to receive notice of and vote at the meeting.
Stockholders who have already voted do not need to submit another ballot. Previously cast votes remain valid and will be counted unless an investor changes or revokes a proxy or voting instruction.
Investors who have not voted will receive a revised proxy card or voting instruction form and may also use the internet or telephone methods detailed in the company’s revised proxy materials. Shares held through brokers, banks or other nominees are subject to voting instructions provided by those institutions.
The company filed its definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 10. The filing contains information about the proposals scheduled for consideration as well as the interests of Toppoint directors and executive officers in those matters.
Toppoint’s previously distributed proxy materials are being updated so references to the annual meeting date and time correspond to Sept. 8 at 10 a.m.
