Toll Brothers Opens Regency at Rockhill Ridge Community in Sellersville

SELLERSVILLE, PA — Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) announced the opening of Regency at Rockhill Ridge, a new 55-and-older residential community in Bucks County, with a sales center and model home now open in Sellersville.

The development includes 72 carriage-style townhomes designed for low-maintenance living, with lawn care and snow removal included.

Homes feature first-floor primary bedroom suites and offer about 1,920 square feet of living space, according to the company.

Prices for the homes start in the mid-$500,000s.

John Dean, division president of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania, said the community targets buyers seeking active-adult housing in the area.

“We are thrilled to introduce Regency at Rockhill Ridge to the Sellersville area,” Dean said.

Homebuyers can select finishes and design options through the company’s design studio, where consultants assist with customization.

The company said quick move-in and move-in-ready homes are also available in the community.

Amenities at the development include walking trails and a bocce court.

The community is located near shopping and dining along the Route 309 corridor.
