TEN Holdings Sets First Annual Meeting After 2025 Gap

TEN Holdings

LANGHORNE, PA — TEN Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XHLD) will hold its first annual meeting of stockholders on Oct. 29, 2026, establishing voting and proposal deadlines after the Pennsylvania technology company did not conduct an annual meeting in 2025.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern Time and will be conducted entirely by live webcast, with no physical meeting location, the company reported.

Stockholders of record at the close of business Sept. 4 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.

Because this will be TEN Holdings’ first annual meeting, the company also established Sept. 4 as the deadline for certain stockholder proposals and director nomination notices.

Stockholder proposals submitted for inclusion in the company’s proxy materials under Rule 14a-8 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 must reach TEN Holdings’ principal executive offices a reasonable time before the company begins printing and distributing those materials. TEN Holdings expects that deadline to be no later than Sept. 4.

Stockholders seeking to solicit proxies for director nominees other than the company’s nominees must also provide notice by Sept. 4 to satisfy the timeliness requirements of Rule 14a-19.

TEN Holdings operates through subsidiary TEN Events, Inc., providing technology and services for virtual and hybrid events. Its platform supports webinars, town halls, investor communications and continuing education programs, along with event production and managed services.
