TEN Holdings Expands Beyond Virtual Events With New Platform

TEN Holdings

LANGHORNE, PA — TEN Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XHLD) has launched a subscription-based digital experience platform designed to move the company beyond virtual-event production and toward a broader recurring-revenue software business serving enterprise communications and engagement.

The new platform, called TEN, combines tools for creating, producing, marketing and measuring digital experiences in a single system. Its initial release supports enterprise events, webinars and continuing education programs.

The launch marks a strategic shift for TEN Holdings, which has historically focused on virtual events and managed production services. The company intends to build additional analytics, artificial intelligence and audience-intelligence capabilities on top of the platform over time.

“TEN represents much more than the launch of a new webinar platform,” Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Virgilio Torres said. “Events and webinars are our starting point, not the limit of our ambition.”

TEN is offered through an annual subscription, with managed event services available as an optional add-on.

The platform is designed to support experiences ranging from small interactive sessions to broadcasts with more than 50,000 concurrent attendees.

Launch capabilities include registration and access controls, live-streaming production tools, breakout rooms, moderated question-and-answer sessions, polls, surveys, quizzes and on-demand playback.

TEN also includes continuing-education credentialing, allowing organizations to establish credit requirements based on attendance, viewing, check-ins, polling, quizzes and surveys, with certificate generation and distribution built into the platform.

Accessibility features include live captions, real-time caption translation, designated American Sign Language interpreters and multiple interface languages. TEN Holdings described the platform as designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.

Enterprise controls include role-based access, audit logging, branding and localization features.

The company’s longer-term roadmap includes advanced reporting, audience and engagement intelligence, AI-assisted functions, expanded captioning and translation and intent-data capabilities.

Those features remain under development, and TEN Holdings cautioned that their timing, functionality and eventual commercial availability are not assured.

Torres said the company’s strategy is to reduce the number of separate technology products enterprises need to manage digital engagement, bringing more of the workflow and resulting audience data into one environment.

TEN Holdings has spent more than a decade producing corporate broadcasts and digital experiences for large enterprises. The company is now seeking to convert that operational experience into a scalable software platform that can support a broader set of enterprise use cases.
